What is X-CEL?
X-CEL is a classroom behavior management tool kit for middle school teachers that aligns easily with PBIS, Restorative Discipline, and SEL.
X-CEL trains teachers in research-based strategies to transform their classroom culture and discipline practices to:

- improve teacher-student relationships
- reduce discipline referrals and suspensions
- develop behavior management strategies that attend to the unique cultures of all students
- increase student achievement
